		<description>I listened to the Hudson Falls PD scanner for an hour and found 4 protocols being followed:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;1.Time reported on a regular basis&lt;br&gt;2.Every case has a no assigned to it&lt;br&gt;3.Every police car has a number by which they identify themselves(not very sure of this)&lt;br&gt;4.Fire and ambulance assistance message is preceded by a loud beep &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Had no luck understanding the codes, although there were numbers being sent back and forth.
